Entry on arrival is 3pm with departure no later than 11am. These times may be varied if circumstances allow.
Payment Arrangements
A 20% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The balance is required four weeks prior to arrival. The full amount is due if the booking is made within four weeks of arrival.
Damage Deposit
A £100 damage deposit is required (to be paid on arrival). This deposit to be refunded after your stay less any chargeable damages.
