The above weekly rates refer to either a 7 day or 7 night stay and refer to stays of up to 21 days ( 3 weeks).
A 10 % Discount will be given for bookings of between 28 and 35 days ( 4 and 5 weeks ) .For stays longer than 5 weeks, you are kindly ask to contact us for a quote.
During High Season prices are subject to change at the advertisers discretion.
Special rates apply to the following periods :Christmas / New Year ( 15-12-2021 till 05-01-2022), Carnival and Easter... Mid Season Rates shall apply instead of Low Season for these periods if these are NOT part of a long let ( 5 weeks or over ). For these periods a minimum 1 week stay is required.
Included in the above rates is the use of the apartment as described and use of the pool area as described.
Broadband fibre Internet access with WIFI throughout the apartment and pool area.
All gas, water and electricity consumption except for air conditioning ( see below )
Use of towels and linen as provided.
Maid service is provided every 2 weeks if your stay is longer than 15 days. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Air conditioning Use : All rooms have five speed ceiling fans and their use IS included in the rentals rate.The main living area, and all the bedrooms are also air conditioned. The power circuit of these air conditioners is connected to a separate meter than the rest of the apartment. Thus fair usage of the air conditioners IS included in the rental price.
Please note that Gozo boasts of being an ECO Island and so you are encouraged to use whatever you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible without wasting unnecessary energy by using appliances irresponsibly. Our aim is to reduce the island's carbon footprint as much as possible !!!
A city tax of 50c per adult per night has been introduced by the Government of Malta since 2016. (capped at Euro 5.00 per stay).
