We can offer discounted rates for rentals of more than two weeks. Long term rates are negotiable. Energy saving measures: we have reduced our rental rates, in order to charge guests for the amount of electricity they consume at the same cost as we pay the utility company, currently £;0.18/€;0,21 per kilowatt hour unit. We feel that this measure will reduce overall consumption, and will ultimately benefit the environment.. As an incentive to book with us again, we offer returning guests discounted rates.
