Rental rate is all-inclusive, excepted for heating costs, if needed ( usually beginning mid-October to March, depending on weather ). Heating is counted by registering gas counter values upon your arrival and departure. No other extra charges are due for sat tv, air conditioning, WiFi, ecc. Linen & towels are also included and replaced every saturday.
