Minimum stay is 3 nights during the Christmas New Year periods season and 2 nights for the rest of the year. Property needs to be vacated by 11.00hrs on the day of departure.
A Damage deposit payment of £275 to cover accidental damage, missing items or extra cleaning costs after the rental period. This is refundable in full after the house been checked and all items/bills have been consolidated and the inventory checked. Monies will be returned within 28 days of the rental ending to your nominated bank account.
A deposit of 30% is required if the holiday is booked more than 60 days in advance
If the holiday is booked less than 60 days in advance, payment is required in full.
Dogs are allowed but please enquire first and there is a surcharge of £ 40 per week per dog (maximum of 2 dogs). Sorry we do not allow Cats.
