CONDITIONS:
- Refundable breakage deposit of 300 EUR required, to be refunded after check-out (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
- 25% deposit due on booking to reserve the property.
- 75% final payment due 6 weeks before check-in.
- Minimum booking: 7 days.
- Check-in time is between 16:00 - 20:00 (Unless otherwise agreed).
- Check-out time is 10:00 (am) (Unless otherwise agreed).
- Directions and other information will be e-mailed at least one week before check-in.
- Air conditioning included, available in the bedrooms from 20:00 to 08:00.
- Internet service (WiFi) included.
- Initial supply of bed linen and towels included.
- Final cleaning included.
- Cot and high chair available on request.
- Strictly no smoking.
- No pets allowed.
- We reserve the right to refuse a booking request without any given reason.

Please note that there are two houses on the plot. For your privacy, the second house is of course guaranteed to be unoccupied during the renting.

We declare rental income tax to the tax office. If the authorities ask us about details of the renting, we need to provide them details about our guests - who stayed at the property and when. We also need some details about our guests to provide to our insurance company in case we need their assistance. Further, we need information to be able to contact our guests before or during their stay if needed. Therefore guests will need to provide the following information after completed booking:

• Nationality

Additional information for the person making the booking
• Home address
• Phone number
• Phone number (mobile) during holiday if different from above
• Preferred e-mail contact address

All information will be handled strictly confidential and will only be used for the purposes above. No information will be shared with any other party.
