• Our rates are in Euro, per night, valid for up to 6 guests staying
• Rates include maid service and linen change twice weekly, electricity, water, air-condition, maintenance service, 24/7 concierge on call.
• Check-in: 16.00pm or later
• Check-out: by 10.00am
• Early check-in or late check-out upon request and subject to availability

Payment Terms:
• A 30% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation.
• Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
• If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and levy cancellation charges according to following policy

Cancellation policy
• 46 days or more prior to arrival: 30% fee
• 30-45 days prior to arrival : 50% fee
• 15-29 days prior to arrival : 75% fee
• 14 days or less prior to arrival, non-shows or earlier departures: 100%
