prices for an entire weekend for 2 persons: high season: 400, mid season 300, low season 200 euro.
For just one night we have to add 15% to the prices mentioned above; so this will be 80 euro in low season, 100 in mid season and 125 in high season, starting from 4 persons.
In case of 4 persons: 30 euro per person per day, mid week, week and weekend.

Bed-, bath- and kitchen linnen included; change once a week. Extra bedlinnen 15 euro per set. Extra bathlinnen 15 euro per set ( two towels, bathmat). Kitchenlinnen sufficiently present.

Child cot and child bath: 25 euro per set.

Free wifi, but for a really relaxing ' unplugged' holiday we can switch it off for you.
Gas ( 5 euro per m3) according to consumption. Electricity 2,65 euro per day.
In case of 'norma'l consumption (short showers, cooking, lighting in the evening, computer) a family of 4 persons generally spoken consumes 5 euro per day for gas and electricity (summertime).
In wintertime heating is the big consumer; to make your stay affordable we provide wood for 15 euro per 100 kg.

On request we are happy to bake your bread. Would you like to join the ´table d' hôte´ (twice a week ) for a real Italian meal and wine: 25 euro per person per meal.

We will gladly take you to 'secret' places, that you cannot easily find on your own. You will have to pay the transport and admission fee. For our services: pay what it was worth to you. If you would prefer to go on your own, we are happy to point out how to get there.

If desired, we can provide fine art-materials and may be even a teacher. The same goes for cooking classes; locals will reveal their secrets (making your own pasta e.g).
