The prices are per week. However, we ask that guests pay the property manager fees in euros directly on arrival, and will deduct the cost once we know the dates you are enquiring about. The prices are based on 6 people. However, the house can also be rented as a 2 bedroom house suitable for 4 people. We do provisionally hold dates should you require time to arrange flights etc. The outstanding balance is required 6 weeks before your arrival date. We also require a £150 key deposit which will be returned (subject to satisfactory inspection on your departure) within 2 weeks of you leaving the property.
