Prices are for week and for occupancy up to 6 persons. We can add a single bed in one of the rooms. For 7-persons occupancy an additional cost of EUR 100 per week will be charged.
Prices include final cleaning, use of linens,towels, bathrobe, water and electricity up to a consumption of 200 KWh/week. Cost of additional KWhs is 0.40 Eur/KWh. Change of linens and towels is operated weekly, usually on saturdays. Additional changes or cleaning are available on request, at a cost of 100 euros. Pets are allowed, with an additional cost of 50 euros for cleaning.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is requested. It will be given back to you when you leave.
