Rental costs are listed above. Changeover day is generally Saturday (unless other arrangements have been agreed). Where the minimum stay is indicated as 3 Nights it is possible to book a short break of this duration generally starting on a Friday or 4 nights generally starting on a Monday and the cost will be approximately 75% of the weekly rental rate. Please contact the owner for a confirmed quote. Where the minimum stay is listed as 1 week it may be possible to book a 3 or 4 night break if the time period you are interested in is listed as available within 4 weeks' of the enquiry. Please contact the owner for a quote. All fuel, power, cleaning, bedlinen and wifi costs included. Up to 2 dogs by prior permission of the owner: £25 per break/week (please add to your booking request or notify the owner so your quote can be amended). A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable together with the Trip Advisor service fee when booking via this site and the balance will be due 8 weeks before the start of your stay. In the event you are booking your property in the 8 week period before your stay full payment will be required. When booking via this site you undertake that if your party cause any damage to the property during your stay you will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.
