Due to the size of the house and to be energy efficient, electricity and oil are metered and charged for separately. This prevents us from putting an extra "blanket" charge onto every booking to cover these charges, so smaller groups are not unfairly paying more than they would use. The charges are required to be paid for on departure. Towels can be provided for a small fee, these are hired and laundered from an outside company.

Forestside cottage will accommodate a further 7 guests if required, please request this when enquiring about Forestside House, it is a separate listing and not included in the price of Forestside house.

Please note! Bookings for Hen nights or stag nights are welcome but must be declared as we will require a higher security deposit.

Pets will incur a charge of £10.00 per night if accepted. This is because we request a deep clean after pets have stayed to protect any future guests with allergies.
