• Unfortunately pets are not allowed at the apartment.
• We cannot accept bookings from young all female or male parties, although we reserve the right to vary this policy.
• No smoking within the apartment

Price includes Towels(Beach,Bath and Hand), Linen(weekly), Cleaning, Travel Cot, High Chair, A/C, on site underground reserved parking, all utilities.

- A 25% deposit (cheque/on-line bank transfer to a UK/French bank account) will be required to reserve your booking.
- The balance is required eight weeks prior to the holiday start date.
- A refundable damage deposit (£250/€300) is requried 1 week prior to the holiday start date.
- A local refundable key deposit. (€100)

If you cancel your holiday more than eight weeks before it is due to start then your deposit will returned minus £100 only if the booking dates are successfully re-rented, otherwise the deposit will be forfeit. No refunds for cancellations which occur 8 or less weeks to the holiday start date.

A £50/€60 cleaning charge will be levied if the apartment is not left in a satisfactory state.
