If you require the condo for a longer period of time please contact us and we can arrange a reduction on the weekly figure.

We accept low deposits, and you have the opportunity to pay monthly as long as the balance is paid in full 6 weeks before departure date.

Rates are inclusive of all Florida taxes.

Provisional bookings are held for 7 days - non refundable deposit/reservation fee is required to secure booking.

Methods of payment accepted: Cheque, Cash, Postal Order, PayPal.

£100 Security Deposit is required and fully refundable once Property Management have given the ok.
