Prices are for the villa per week. The villa sleeps up to 6 plus there is a cot if required. Price for Xmas and New Year Week is pounds 1,300 per week. I can reserve for a couple of days for guests to source flights and then I ask for a 10% deposit and the balance 8 weeks before the holiday.
