Prices are inclusive of Tax, Free Satellite TV and free Fibre optic WIFi Internet.
Cleaning is €100 per stay additional. Extra cleans available if required. A €500 refundable breakage fee is payable but refunded within 2 weeks after occupation. Cancellation less than 2 weeks incure 100% charge, 4 weeks incure 50% charge, others 25% charge. Booking is only confirmed once deposit payment is made. Booking must be fully paid at least 8 weeks before occupation. Change over day is Saturday but others maybe available. Part rental in low or mid season maybe available. Please enquire about longer rentals. Meet and greet charges payable at €30 for 8pm to 8am, arrival time.
