During the winter months the bungalow is available for a minimum of three nights. Gas is extra. Meter is read on arrival and departure and a calculation made. There is solar heating for the domestic hot water which gets very hot when the sun shines.
You have to supply all your own linen there are duvets on all the beds. No dogs allowed.
