Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. With great value prices (summer/winter season rates apply) throughout the year. On booking we require 20% deposit. Full payment within 12 weeks of arrival at the property. The 20% booking fee due on confirmation of the booking. The balance will need to be paid 12 weeks before arrival. Extra day rate of ££300 per day.
