The rental rates are all inclusive (electricity, water supply, sheets, towels, table-cloths, kitchen cloths and house general equipment).

20% initial deposit required to confirm booking.
Settlement 20 days before arrival together with a 25% guarantee deposit, which will be given back when the guest hand over the keys and the owner sees that no damage has occurred to the property.
