Additional information:Deposit 50%of the total rental to make the booking + a deposit of $300 is required for the damage , this deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. This covers any damage and/or additional cleaning costs and is NOT applied toward the rent. Providing that you treat the apartment with respect, and leave it as you found it when you checked in, you will receive your full deposit back when you check out . The full balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. When booking is less than 6 weeks prior to the renting period the full amount (including the deposit) is due immediately after receipt of the rent contract. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer (to a French or Vietnamese bank )
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIME:from 11;00 AM to 2:00 PM the week rental starts from Saturday to Saturday .

The Villa will be available from 2 ;00 pm (14.00) on the first day of your holiday and you must vacate the Villa no later than 12 .00 (noon ) on your date of departure. We will be as flexible as possible around these times to fit in with your travel arrangements depending on other bookings.

Travel arrangements to and from the Villa are the responsibility of the guest. We will offer advice and contacts for car rental / airport transfers etc on request.
