15% discount for late bookings (less than 2 weeks before arrival)

A 20% deposit is required on reservation with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
We offer a discount to smaller groups in the off peak seasons.


Guests cancelling or if the balance is not paid on time, the booking deposit (including the booking fee) cannot be refunded.
If the balance payment is not received at least two weeks before the holiday starts, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
If the guest has paid the full balance, they will receive:
a 50% refund of the total cost (minus the booking fee) if they cancel at least eight weeks before the start of the holiday; or
a 25% refund of the total cost (minus the booking fee) if they cancel up to four weeks before the start of the holiday.

Security deposit of £150.00 is taken prior to arrival to cover damage/breakages and will be returned after departure inspection and return of keys.
We are flexible on arrival and departure dates. Shorter rentals are available during mid and low season. Please contact us for discounted monthly rates.
Airport transfers available on request. British passport holders require a visa - apply online.
Bed linen and bathroom towels are included. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.
Additional mid week cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost. Apartment does not have to be cleaned on departure.
Only those guests named on the booking form may stay at the apartment.
