DEPOSITS: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from the total cost. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. BALANCE: The balance must be received 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period (or at the time of booking, if within 6 weeks). A breakage / damages deposit of £100 per rental period to be received along with the balance, this being refundable within 7 days of the end of the rental period, subject to there being no damage or breakages. The property is booked from 2pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure (this can be negotiable, but time is required to allow for cleaning and preparation for new arrivals). Linen/Towels/General household items including a number of provisions are provided as standard. A cleaning service once per week is also included, if rented for 7 nights or more. Payments are accepted in the form of Cheque/Online Banking/Cash upon arrival with prior arrangement for late bookings. You may also pay by PayPal using a debit/credit card (via PayPal money request) but will be responsible for any additional interest charges that may apply.
The property is a non smoking establishment and no pets are allowed. Also, the lease stipulates that no large vans, transit or otherwise are allowed to park within the grounds.
