Rental rates are for 8/12 full capacity (inclusive of children) and for groups of 5 or less (inclusive of children). 500 euro damage deposit is due upon arrival. Same will be returned after inspection on departure. 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation. Balance due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. All bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will not receive a deposit refund. Bookings made 45 days or less prior to arrival must be paid for in full right away.
