All tenant groups will have exclusive occupancy of the property.Reservations for La Dependance are confirmed on receipt of 20% deposit and a completed booking form. Payment may be made in Pounds Sterling, Euros or Australian Dollars.We require the balance of payment at least six weeks prior to your arrival, along with a refundable £150 security deposit.In the event that your booking is cancelled, refunds can only be made in the following circumstances:• For cancellation 6 months or more before the date of occupancy, a full refund is available;• For cancellation 3-6 months before the date of occupancy, 50% refund of monies paid;• For cancellation 1-3 months before the date of occupancy, 25% refund of monies paid;• For cancellation 1 month or less before the date of occupancy, no refund is possible.
