A 15% deposit is required within 7 days of booking. A 100% deposit is required if your booking date is within 28 days of arrival.
The final balance is due 28 days prior to arrival.
Failure to pay your final balance within 28 days of arrival may result in cancellation of your booking and the loss of your deposit.
A 300 euro damage deposit will be taken on arrival.
Stays of less than 1 week will incur a cleaning charge of 55 euros.
