Advance payment of a non-refundable deposit of 30% in a bank account is required at the time of booking. The rest of the amount is to be settled 8 weeks prior to arrival. Means of payment is bank transfer only. Bedding capacity 8-9 persons- up 5 additional guests can be accepted upon request. Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation on your part, any payments made are forfeited.We calculate exact prices for the number of days that you spend in “The House by the Sea” summer house. Our prices include water, electricity, wifi and heating (if needed). Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. If you stay more than two weeks, we allow a discount on the rental price. Rates include maid service and linen change twice weekly, electricity, water, air-condition.The payment is accepted only in Euros and the prices may change a little, depending on the length of stay and the number of persons.Towels & linen are provided. The summer house is cleaned and made ready for arrival; cleaning materials are also provided for your use. Additional sheets and towels are provided for any guests staying 8 days or more. We recommend car hire and can assist you in booking.
