Check-in: 4:00 pm - Check-out: 9:00 am - No pets allowed - Water and electricity are charged, for stays over 30 nights. Sheets and towels are available at 25 euro kit/person; euro 80 for cleaning of the end of the stay, but you can choose to pay the share or clean the accommodation yourself. Deposit is euro 400: damage deposit requested upon your arrival and it is refunded after inventory upon departure or it is returned by mail within 8 days. The accommodation must be left perfectly clean. Otherwise the cleaning will be retained by the deposit. Payments in apartment can be made only in cash, no credit cards.
