Please note that a fully refundable £75 security deposit is required for ALL bookings against excessive cleaning, fuel and laundry costs. Guests must provide their own logs for the wood burning stove. As the house is usually cleaned on day of departure the deposit will usually be returned by holiday lettings over 7-10 working days.
