A 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking payable by bank transfer. The remaining payment is to be made upon arrival.
Bank Transfer charges are payable by customer.
A breakage deposit of 200 GBP is to be paid separately. This will be returned after the villa inspection. Guests are advised to replace any damaged items themselves as it will work out cheaper than the agent replacing them.

We do not accept credit card payment on arrival, the balance is payable in GBP only or by bank transfer before you arrive.
