The rental cost is as follows:

1-2 Guests - GBP £70 per day
3-6 Guests - GBP £90 per day

Rates include (Service charge, gas, electricity, check-in cleaning, tax, free high speed wireless internet (up to 10GB. additional use can be topped up by the guests).

The booking is secured by a 25% security deposit, which must be received prior to arrival. The remaining 75% can either be paid in cash at check-in on arrival or through one of the following methods: payment via bank transfer, paypal or international bank transfer. The security deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is at least one month prior to arrival or the property can be re-let.

GBP £160 refundable breakages deposit required in cash (or in any equivalent currency) on arrival for your stay. This is fully refunded on departure day subject to satisfactory property inspection
