Visa or Master Card or Direct Wire Transfer. Plus 7% VAT. Airport Pickup/Dropoff Included. Note that Christmas Holiday Rate is $650 per night, with a seven to ten night minimum (depending on whether you are staying over XMAS and New Years). The only additional charge is 8 baht a unit for electricity----The villa looks so good lit up at night that no one ever seems to want to turn off the lights---Electricity typically averages around $15 to $25 a day---unless you keep all three air conditioners going all the time plus keep all the lights on some of the time---as some folks have. This is taken against a $500 damage deposit fee---but to date no one has ever done much more than break a few glasses.

The minimum rental is seven days, and seven to ten during the Christmas/New Years Holidays. Some have inquired if I would like to house swap but I'm a television commercial producer in Los Angeles and I never know my schedule, so house swaps don't work for me (but thank you anyway). I have had a number of inquiries that have asked if I would do long term rentals, but to be honest, we love the villa and love to have days available to ourselves when we can get over. Hence most of our rentals are usually never more than about three weeks. Note for guest of limitied mobility---the villa is all one story although there are stairs that go up one or two steps in certain areas. If you are in a wheelchair, in one wing you can easily wheel between the kitchen and the bedroom, although there is a three inch drop into the bathroom. So----when one of us broke our ankle and stayed in the villa, we used crutches into the bathroom and out the front of the house and the walkway has a one stair up but were able to move easily between the bedroom and living room/kitchen!
