In addition to the above charges there is a changeover/cleaning charge of 70 euros per booking for 2 people and 5 euros additional per extra person .
An optional charge of £30 per week is applicable if hot/cold air-conditioning is required.
A deposit of £150 per week is required to secure your booking and the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure; or immediately if booking is made within 6 weeks of departure date. A refundable security deposit of £100.00 is also required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 14 days of return of the apartment keys providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.

. A discount of 10% is applicable to the rental price for all bookings of 2 weeks or more from October to March .
