A non refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking – balance payable 8 weeks prior to holiday along with security deposit of £500 (£750 out of Peak Season) which will be returned 2 weeks after stay less any damages or excess charges
Normal changeover day is Saturday arriving after 4pm & departing by 10 am – more flexible in low season
