Please note our rates INCLUDE all linen (including beach towels), cleaning and wi-fi.

Rates also include a meet and greet service at the resort by our on-site property managers, Roda FM. Transfers from Murcia (San Javier) Airport and Alicante are available at extra cost.

A 50% deposit is required within 7 days to secure the reservation. The balance of the payment plus a security deposit of £150/€175 (for any damage, breakages, etc.) is required 28 days prior to the arrival date. The security deposit (less any costs) will be refunded within two weeks of the stay.

Payment can be made by bank transfer in Sterling or Euros.

Check-out time is 2pm or a later check-out can be arranged subject to availability.
