The rates quoted are all inclusive of electricity, water and air-conditioning. 20% deposit on booking with the balance payable 6 -8 weeks before arrival. Rep can meet the customer either at the airport or villa. A Security (damage) deposit of €150 is payable at the time of booking and this will be returned on leaving the villa subject to satisfactory inspection of the property by the Rep. A cleaning charge of €50 payable to the rep at the end of stay. Payments can be made through the Agency's site, bank transfer or via PayPal. All details will be given at the time of booking or via email.
