Mid-week bookings will be accepted if available, as we appreciate that flights are often cheaper at that time. No bookings of less than 4 nights will be accepted. Nightly rates are charged at one sixth of the weekly rate. The minimum cost of a part week stay will be £450. Use of the heated jacuzzi during winter months may incur an additional charge.
The apartment is strictly no smoking and, regrettably, we do not allow pets. To reserve the apartment, a deposit of 25% is required, with the final payment together with £150 security deposit payable 8 weeks before arrival. The security deposit will be returned within two weeks of departure, subject to satisfactory property inspection. Other than the security deposit, no monies are returnable once paid, so we advise prospective clients to ensure that they have adequate holiday insurance cover. If the behaviour of tenants is such that they have to be asked to leave, then all monies paid are forfeited.
