- High season surcharge:
5 € per person/per day in the period of December 20th until January 3rd , and one week before and after Easter, and the week before and after Carnival.
- Discount:
If you book your apartment six months before arrival a discount of 5%, long terms rents on demand, group discount when you rent 3 or more accommodations at the same time.
- Pets:
6 € per animal/ per day
- Internet-Access:
25 € allowance unlimited access for the whole stay.
- Transfer to airport one way:
Tenerife-South
2 persons € 80,00. Every extra person € 30,00. These rate include a maximum waiting time of 1 hour, extra waiting time will be charged with € 6,00 per 30 minutes.
Tenerife-North
2 persons € 50,00. Every extra person € 15,00.
