Rental price includes: Bath towels, hand towels, bed linen and electricity. Please ensure that you leave the property in as good a condition as it was when you arrived as changeovers are extremely tight. We reserve the right to withhold part of your security deposit should extra cleaning be necessary. Refundable security deposit £600 will be returned within two weeks after departure and satisfactory inspection. Payments accepted by bank transfer and Paypal. Arrival time after 4pm and departure by 10am, Saturday to Saturday.
