BOOKING NOTES:
A booking deposit of 50% of the rental amount will be required to confirm and hold the dates you require. The remainder of the balance must be cleared into the requested bank account 4 weeks prior to your departure. A £150 damage deposit will be required and cleared the requested bank account 4 weeks before your departure date. This will be returned on inspection by the management company on your leaving providing the apartment is left in the condition of your arrival. Book by phone or email and through the Enquiry Form.

We can accept payments by cheque, PayPal or bank transfer in GBP.
NOTE:
For those with larger families, why not consider also renting our other apartment, Lantana 4 (Home Search: 330396) adjacent to this apartment. Combined, these apartments will sleep up to 10/12 people and are more cost effective than one or two villas.
