Extra charges. End of stay cleaning £30, laundry charge of £20 weekly rate. Bath and Pool Towels are included.
For bookings of 14 days or more, a complimentary clean of the apartment and change of bedding and towels on day 7 are included in the booking price. End of stay charges are still payable.
A complimentary 20 ltr bottle of mineral water will be provided on the water cooler. Additional refills can be arranged with the agent at a nominal charge.
A deposit of 25% will be required within 72 hours of receipt of the invoice confirming the booking. All payments are made through Holiday Lettings secure payments system and deposits, final balance payments are guaranteed against fraud.
