Prices are for the property per week are in pounds sterling. All prices refer to a minimum stay of 1 week (excluding end of July and August dates). Changeover day is normally Fridays with arrival after 3pm and departure before 10am. However please contact us if you would like another day as we will try and accommodate your request. Bookings require a 25% deposit and the balance 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, together with a refundable deposit of £200 - to be held against any breakages or exceptional cleaning requirements on departure.
