General terms:- Check in time from 2:00 pm.- Check out time until 11:00 am.- Smoking is not allowed in the interior of the villa.- Sorry, no pets.- Daily maid service provided.Security deposit:- Weekly bookings: 800 euros- Shorter lettings: 300 euros- Weekend bookings: 300 euros- The security deposit is required to be paid along with the balance payment 30 days before arrival.- The security deposit is fully refundable in cash, less any damages might be done to the property, at the end of the stay.Cancellation Policy:- The deposit is fully refundable if booking is cancelled 2 (two) months or longer prior to arrival date.- 30% of the deposit is refundable if booking is cancelled 1 (one) month prior to arrival date.- Later cancellations non refundable.
