Rates are in pounds sterling. Prices are for the villa per week (for 6 persons) and include air conditioning/heating. For extra night costs please divide by seven. Please contact us for costs per extra person. Pool heating on request prior to arrival at £175 per week, discount for two or more weeks. Booking direct with the owners, a 25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit cheque (breakages/damage) for £350 should be paid with the balance which is then refundable subject to House Managers damage report. Prices may be subject to change at the owners discretion.
