Please note: these prices may exclude fees and can vary depending on when you stay and how long for. Prices are also subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion.

The property's weekend rates apply to Fri, Sat & Sun
Payment (by paypal, cash, bank transfer, or cheque in Euros or Sterling)

Reservation and Deposit:

25% of fee at deposit at booking (non refundable but other holiday dates may be available) 75% of fee prior to travel date

Damage deposit required prior to travel (£150) Refunded in full depending on inspection of undamaged apartment following departure.

Arrival/Departure:

Arrival : Apartment available form 16:00 (key at reception/office)
Departure: Expected to vacate apartment by 12:00 noon, return keys to office, and pay any outstanding fees

If you do not arrive on the agreed date without notifying the owner, the villa or apartment may be rented out and your booking cancelled.

On the day you are due to vacate you should report to the office/owner and ensure the apartment has been returned in an acceptable condition (almost as you found it). This means all dishes, cutlery, etc must be washed properly and put away correctly, all rubbish removed from the property and any breakages notified to the office/owner. If the apartment is not returned in an acceptable condition and additional cleaning is required, this will result in the loss of some or all of your security deposit.

Cancellation policy:

If you wish to cancel your booking you must do so in writing or by e-mail to the contact details listed.. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your letter/e-mail. If you cancel your booking after you have received our confirmation of booking the following charges apply:

Cancellations 2 – 12 weeks prior to rental start date incurs a 25% charge of the cost of your apartment.
Cancellations 3 – 14 days prior to rental start date incurs a 75% charge of the cost of your apartment.
Cancellation within 3 days prior to rental start date incurs a 100% charge of the cost of your apartment.

Behaviour:

There is a zero tolerance when it comes to unsocial behaviour including loud music or aggressive behaviour. If this results in the police being called following an earlier warning, the result will be immediate eviction and loss of pre paid rent and refundable damage deposit.

Comments/Complaints:

If you have any comments or complaints about the apartment or your stay please let the office/owner know in writing within 14 days of your departure so that we can give you a timely response.

Liabilities:

We are not liable for any indirect or direct damages or accidents that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the apartment including damages and losses due to fires, robbery or criminal behavior.

We cannot be held responsible or liable for regional water or electricity supply problems which are beyond our control, or for damage caused by natural or civil disturbance.
