Casa Olivia accommodates 6 persons,and the price is per week for the property.
25% of the total rental charge is paid at the time of booking and the balance is paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
We require a refundable deposit of £200 at the time of the final payment. This will cover any breakages that may occur and for the safe return of the house keys. This will be refunded once the keys have been returned and we have a report of no damage.
