For different group sizes and dates please enquire. There is an additional charge of 10 euro per person per week for Laundry, paid locally to the property manager. A non refundable deposit of 30% of the full payment is required to secure a reservation at the time of booking. The balance of the full payment is payable 10 weeks prior to check-in at which time detailed instructions will be sent on how to find the property and arrival arrangements. Additionally a fully refundable Damages Bond of 150.00 euro will be required to be paid on arrival together with the applicable laundry charges for the duration of the stay in cash. The Damages Bond will be refunded within 7 days of departure in full, if no claim is made for damages and /or excessive cleaning. In all events the owners accept no responsibility for injury or accidents occurring within the boundaries of the property. The owners recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance.
