A nonrefundable 20% deposit required to secure booking. The balance to be paid not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of £1000 is required, which is returned to you within 7 days of your visit or immediately subject to a property inspection.
All rates include maid service 3 times a week, a housekeeper, a pool maintenance, a gardener and all utilities. Changeover day is Saturday. Shorter stays on request.
