We are offering very competitive rental rates, further discount available for longer term rental. Electricity and water are on a meter paid locally. The price includes clean laundry and towels and the apartment will be cleaned before you arrive / after you leave - additional cleaning can be arranged for additional charge. We will consider short breaks (4 days or less) but there is a minimum charge of £120 for any duration of stay. We would require a £50 deposit to secure bookings. We can offer airport pick up from our English friend / key holders in Sharm who will take you to the door of the apartment, handover keys & show you how everything works. This is just £30 (return - payable in advance) which is actually cheaper than the taxi's in the airport will charge you & you'll be met by a friendly face who know's where they're going! We can offer welcome packs of varying types, prices on application. There is a fully refundable £50 security payment for damage / breakages etc which will be returned when keys are returned & everything is confirmed as OK.
