Prices above are also subject to a Departure cleaning charge of between 50/70 euros paid locally, 50% Deposit is required to reserve, the remaining balance due 4 weeks before arrival; Also 150 Pound/Euros refundable damage deposit is also required,it will be refunded to you in full within 7 days of the keys being returned to us and subject to there being no damage in the apartment.
