CHANGEOVER DAY IS WEDNESDAY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CHEAPER MIDWEEK FLIGHTS. Though flexible in low season. A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, this is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. The remaining balance of the rental fee is due eight weeks prior to your arrival. Failure to make this payment will result in the booking being cancelled. Refundable breakages deposit of £200.00 is also payable with the final payment. This will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection from the villa manager.)A service charge of a hundred pounds is payable per week directly to the owner before arrival.
